Develop and maintain marketing plans. Prepare top line budget revenue for upcoming year. Utilize the measurement tools that will maximize productivity. Cultivate key relationships with existing clients as well as with future new clients. Develop and maintain positive relationship with top producing accounts. Help achieve budgeted monthly revenue goal. Help achieve budgeted ADR as well as Repar goal each month. Establish and maintain a close relationship with the area CVB. Outside sales calls weekly. Telemarketing calls weekly. Secure business from RFPs and local Negotiated Accounts.
Other duties and assignment will be given to you from the General Manager as well as from the corporate office.
